Midsommarafton is the Swedish celebration of Midsummer's Eve, filled with maypole dancing, flower crowns, and strawberry feasts under the midnight sun.
On Midsommarafton we twirl and sway,
Round the maypole in floral array.
Strawberries sweet and herring so fine,
Dance till the sun won't set or decline.
Crowns of wild blooms on every head,
Swedish summer joy is widely spread!
